Perr&Knight is looking for a dynamic individual to provide support to our Sales & Marketing team. This position is a part-time position (20-25 hours per week) with the future potential to be full-time depending on business needs. Applicants should expect to work in-office at one of our four offices: Boca Raton, FL; Charlotte, NC; Jersey City, NJ; or Santa Monica, CA.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Data Integrity
• Auditing and maintaining components of Perr&Knight’s client and project databases (e.g., Deltek, HubSpot, RocketReach, internal spreadsheets, social media) by:
• Correcting errors and ensuring consistency in how and where data is recorded
• Verifying and updating outdated or incorrect information to maintain data integrity
• Investigating bounced/returned communications and correcting related contact information
• Collaborating with Sales and Operations teams to resolve known data discrepancies
• Cleaning and mapping new data sources for uploads into existing systems
Reporting & Analytics
• Maintaining platform analytics dashboards and generate reports as needed
• Meeting coordination and follow-Ups
• Attending internal Sales meetings with the Director of Business Development
• Taking and publishing detailed notes, organizing take-away tasks and scheduling follow-up meetings as needed
Sales & CRM Support
• Supporting the Director of Business Development in organizing and entering conference contacts, leads, and follow-ups into company databases
• Assisting with general sales prospect follow-ups
Marketing & Research Support
• Collaborating with the Marketing Manager on social media initiatives and customer relationship management (“CRM”) data organization for targeted outreach
• Conducting research on industries, companies, contacts, and competitors as needed
Technology Support
• Liaising with IT and vendors to troubleshoot database or technology issues
