What We Look For In You
- 5-8 years of experience in administrative or team coordinator roles
- Strong understanding of office operations, document management, procurement, budget control, and data analysis.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise work, and remain calm under pressure.
- Friendly, proactive, and professional approach
- Proven ability to work at speed with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven experience in travel logistics and event management.
