Branch Administrative Manager

Description:  

Responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day administrative and office operations of the branch.  

Education:  

High school diploma or GED required 

Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred. 

Experience:  

  • 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in the lawn care, landscaping, or service industry. 
  • 5+ years experience managing staff and coordinating office activities. 

Skills:  

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service. 
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and customer management systems. 
  • Ability to manage office schedules, supplies, and workflow efficiently. 
  • Knowledge of lawn care services and chemical products is preferred. 
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and administrative abilities. 
  • Ability to supervise and train office staff effectively. 
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. 
  • Supervise office staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. 
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues, providing exceptional service and maintaining customer satisfaction. 
  • Manage office inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed to ensure the office is fully stocked. 
  • Assist with payroll processing, tracking employee hours, and coordinating with HR for staffing needs.  
  • Track and report on office performance metrics, assisting management in identifying areas for improvement. 
  • Maintain accurate records for customer service requests, work orders, billing, and other administrative documentation. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operational alignment across the branch.
