Who We Are Looking For:
 
You are an experienced talent acquisition professional who is a strategic partner to the senior leaders and stakeholders in the organization where you analyze, articulate and develop strategic sourcing strategies based on talent market trends and insights. You also support and impact the direction of the sourcing and recruiting across business groups and within the global Talent Acquisition organization. You are self-motivated and driven to help the global talent organization achieve higher goals associated with the strategy. As a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner, APAC, you are also the influencer on the team that inspires other ICs toward their best work and highest performance and recognized as a culture and thought leader in team, pillar, or region.
As the ambassador and face of the organization, you've been known to find exceptional talents that bring about additives to our culture, competencies and overall organizational growth.
 
What you’ll do:
  • Creatively source and connect with top/leading/best-of-the-best across multiple functions with particular focus on top talents and leadership talents across APAC
  • Become an expert in selling the company story, the exciting challenges our engineers get to tackle everyday, and an unbeatable culture
  • Experienced in structured recruiting frameworks including using competency modelling to assess for key qualities beyond blanket resume review
  • Influences and drives strategic sourcing strategy for team and pipeline and is viewed as a talent SME to the highest level of the business with influence and ownership over talent acquisition roadmap.
  • Systemic thinker who proactively links information and insights to action that support broader team and organizational goals.
  • Proactively applies market and operational knowledge into opportunities to improve the performance of the team and/or overall operational excellence of Talent Acquisition
  • Functions as the talent advisor through expert knowledge of external talent market and leverages that insight to the team/client group to increase impact and solve complex recruiting challenges.
  • Trusted advisor to Talent Acquisition Leadership. Asks the tough questions; challenges status quo and offers and implements productive solutions; uses data to understand problems and influence outcomes.
  • Act as the industry go-to for top-talent (via networking, keeping up with tech news, industry mapping, etc.) and proactively leads diversity efforts through client partnership to drive shared accountability for diversity goals.
  • Maintain communications and correspondence with candidates, ensuring all candidates receive feedback and have a positive experience throughout the process
  • Be the TTD Talent Branding Ambassador - Has a keen awareness of TTD vision, story, and long-term goals, and how hiring fits into the importance of growth at the company. Acts as a sounding board to broader team to educate and coach on articulating company vision.
Who you are:
  • BA/BS in computer science or related field highly preferred
  • 10+ years experience and experienced in recruiting for software, product-driven companies OR agency recruiting focused on hiring technical and non technical roles.
  • Experience in leadership recruiting and strategic sourcing a plus
  • Possess deep, strategic understanding of business priorities and plans and ability to lead initiatives which solve priority 0 issues.
  • Autonomous in day-to-day work, but we are required to be able to collaborate and align with senior management to make good hiring decisions for the business
  • Strong operational rigor with ability to drive insights and action through data
Passionate about seeking innovation in recruitment processes and making them relevant for the company through developing, leading and deploying entire projects/programs
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback
  • Highly organized and able to handle shifting priorities and schedules
  • Maintains high level of confidentiality and professionalism
