Role Summary
As we grow, we are looking to gain synergies in the way we work leveraging the collective capability of Finance to automate delivering STP processing, developing a Finance Team focused on value add rather than production.
This role will be part of the finance team within Private Credit, one of the key business areas within Triple Point. This is an interim position to support during a busy and exciting period for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily reconciliation of bank statements and accurately posting entries
- Ensuring all lease and loan payout requests, for new and existing clients, are checked and processed efficiently and are set up on the system
- Setting up and reviewing payouts and ad hoc invoices via Bankline
- Proactively managing the invoicing process by creating and sending out all invoices accurately so payments due are received correctly and on time
- Maintaining a strong relationship with the wider private credit team by answering a variety of queries in a timely manner
- Calculating settlement and part settlement figures
- Setting up and reviewing direct debits on a weekly basis
- Managing the maintenance payments for leases
- Drafting internal legal documents and arranging for these to be signed by senior management
- Actively managing arrears for missed or late payments
Knowledge & Experience
- This position would suit a self-motivated, confident individual with a background in financial services & ideally within lending/leasing
- Have experience of supporting origination teams with daily deployment and payments
