What you’ll be doing:
Assist the website team in publishing, maintaining, and updating website content.
Support marketing teams by building and designing landing pages for services, campaigns and case studies.
Proofreading documents for spelling, grammar and layout, recommending or making appropriate changes
Assisting with maintenance and distribution of marketing giveaways inventory
Researching industry trends, competitor analysis, and target lists
Assisting with event/sponsorship preparation and execution
Supporting special projects which may include: planning and coordinating presentations, disseminating information
Assisting with database management
Posting on social media
Tracking marketing programs and analyze performance
We’re looking for someone who has:
Have the availability to work in a hybrid setting during core business hours of Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Live in commutable distance to your assigned office
Ability to complete the entire 8-week Summer Internship Program: June 9, 2025 – July 31, 2025
Basic Qualifications:
Current student working towards bachelor's degree in marketing with UX/UI website design skills
0-2 years recent public accounting experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
Website design principles (UX, UI, Visual Design)
Website technical skills (SEO, HTML, CSS, Responsive Design) a plus
Degree in communications or graphic design a plus
150-Date/Final Graduation of December 2025 through September 2026
Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0)
Strong MS Excel and MS Word
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with a team
Great communication, leadership, and analytical skills
