How you’ll make an impact

The Head of Solutions Consulting is a key leadership role on the UK Sales leadership team. You will be responsible for driving deployment penetration of our existing partner base in the UK, specifically pre and post sales solutions consulting and implementation to support partners on their journey to becoming a digital accounting or bookkeeping practice.

You’ll be responsible for developing the UK solutions consulting strategy and embedding sales motions to enable our partners to get the most out of and move their workflows into Xero, enabling the sales team to move more of their clients on to the platform.

You will have exceptional leadership skills and will define, build and grow a successful Solutions Consulting function within the UK. You’ll provide strategic input to the overall UK Sales team, acting as a conduit into feedback for the GTM and Product teams through the Sales Director. This is a high-impact role where you will lead and inspire a team to achieve ambitious targets and build strong, lasting relationships. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and shape a function that directly influences our company’s growth trajectory.

You will represent the UK Solutions Consulting function as part of regular contact with counterparts around the globe, to ensure alignment of global consulting strategy and execution.
