What can you expect?
This role supports the Supply Chain Team and is responsible for purchase order management, coordination with vendors and cost analysis.
- You play a critical role in analyzing demand and material usage, maintaining strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- You assist in tracking the right data to have a good overview of related costs.
- You will monitor inventory levels to ensure that the manufacturing activities can continue at an optimal pace.
Who are we looking for?
Education & Background
- A bachelor or master in a relevant field such as Logistics, Supply Chain or Finance.
- You fluently speak and write English.
- Good communication in Dutch is a nice to have.
- You have at least a first experience in a relevant role.
- Experience in a similarly regulated company (Pharma, BioTech, Chemistry, …) is highly valued
Expertise:
- Technical skills: Strong knowledge of tools such as Excel. S4 HANA (or another ERP system) and PowerBi are nice to have’s.
- Clear communication: Both with internal and external stake holders.
- Detail oriented mindset: Able to efficiently analyze demand and material usage, maintain ERP system planning parameters and assist in investigations and root cause analyses.
- Supportive: Assist procurement by providing accurate purchase orders and tracking open receipts. Assist other departments with SOP’s, work instructions or smaller supply chain related projects… when needed.
