About the Role:
We are looking for an Expert Activation Brand Manager for Benelux to join our team in Zaventem, with potential expansion to the Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful execution of the annual expert media plan across our Oral Health and OTC categories, developing best-in-class content across touchpoints. You will support key brands including Sensodyne, parodontax, Voltaren, and Otrivin across the Netherlands and Belgium, targeting expert audiences within the dental and pharmacy industries.
Your Day to Day:
- Manage brand activations and build content and assets.
- Brief and collaborate with agencies.
- Ensure strong stakeholder management and effective collaboration.
- Develop and execute brand/expert plans.
- Utilize your knowledge of the media landscape and healthcare marketing.
- Work closely with the expert lead on media plan creation, asset development, and management for online and offline campaigns.
- Create content for our Health Partner portal and support the development of materials for events and field force meetings across pharmacy and dental field force teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, growing brands with consumers and/or healthcare professionals.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset with experience in brand or expert marketing.
- Ability to understand healthcare professional audience needs across dental and pharmacy industries, building tailored content across brands and media channels and delivering key messages in an impactful way.
- Proficiency in building brand/expert plans and briefing agencies.
- Project and agency management skills to ensure timely delivery of assets for campaigns.
- Understanding of multichannel media models and how assets need to be designed for specific channels.
- Measurement and KPI-focused to understand the performance of campaign assets.
- Able to work in a fast-paced matrix environment, across countries and categories.
- Speaks English & French, preferably Dutch.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn and develop.
