Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Product Security team for the summer of 2025. In this role, you will collaborate with various engineering teams to implement security measures and ensure the highest standards of application security. You'll help with security requirements, design collaboration, best practices, infrastructure inspections, architecture reviews, and automated scanning. Additionally, you will contribute to internal tooling automation efforts and assist with AI-based security tasks. This role offers the chance to work on impactful projects across multiple security domains, including AI-driven security solutions.

What You’ll Do

• AI Security Integration: Develop AI and machine learning models to enhance threat detection and security automation.

• Data Pipeline Development: Design and implement data pipelines and analytics dashboards for InfoSec Security Services, focusing on using AI and ML to detect patterns in security data.

• Security Testing with AI Models: Use machine learning to enhance security testing techniques, such as fuzzing and risk analysis, by developing models that predict vulnerabilities or threats.

• AI-driven Security Insights: Analyze security data using AI/ML techniques to identify potential threats and improve security response times.

• Contribute to Security Guidelines: Assist in creating secure development guidelines for AI-driven security technologies. Document your findings and recommendations for security improvements.

• Product Security Discussions: Participate in product security discussions and contribute ideas on integrating AI/ML for better detection and defense mechanisms.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing a 4-year undergraduate degree, a 2-year master’s degree, or a doctorate degree, with plans to return to school in the fall.

• Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure.

  • Familiarity with common web application and product security vulnerabilities.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, Node.js, or similar.

  • Hands-on experience with security testing, fuzzing, and risk analysis.

  • A strong passion for AI and cybersecurity.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in developing machine learning models, especially for security-related tasks such as anomaly detection and threat classification.

• Exposure to automated security scanning tools and vulnerability management.

• Understanding of security frameworks and best practices for securing cloud-native applications.

• Experience with AI/ML tools or libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
