What is the opportunity? 

We have an exciting opportunity for the successful individual to join our Client Servies team as an Onboarding Assistant. This will be a 12 month fixed term contract based in our Dublin office. 

 

As an onboarding assistant you will assist the client onboarding team in setting up new client accounts, following the process from start to finish. To provide effective onboarding administration by assisting Investment Managers as they onboard new clients across all client categories and service levels. 

 

What will you do? 

  • Initial review of new client account packs, ensuring adherence to both Brewin process and AML Regulatory requirements. 

  • Liaising with Investment Managers to ensure accurate information is obtained. 

  • Forwarding fully completed client account packs to Client Verification in Brewin UK to ensure an efficient account opening process is maintained. 

  • Following the process through by updating all relevant systems to allow the Investment Manager to commence trading for the client. 

  • Assists team members as required and works effectively with colleagues. 

  • Liaise with Client Verification, Compliance and Financial Planning departments as required. 

  • Work closely with Investment Managers on all client related matters 

  • Communicating with clients where necessary. 

  • Supports business development through correct application of onboarding processes and procedures

Must-have 

  •  Accuracy, numeracy and attention to detail is critical for this role. 

  • Clear and concise communication skills – oral and written. 

  • Ability to meet deadlines/work within restricted timescales. 

  • Flexible and reliable team member. 

  • Ability to work on your own initiative to achieve required results.  

 

Nice-to-have 

  •  Demonstrates the RBCBD values 

  •  Ability to work on own initiative to achieve required results 

  • Experience in an AML role, or QFA qualification would be an advantage.
