Work schedule: Full time from Monday to Friday

Office location: Central warehouse, Bell,CA 

Compensation: $20 /h

 

Description

The Hardware assistant’s role is to support and maintain in-house technology equipment and assets. This includes installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading all County hardware and equipment while ensuring its optimal performance. The individual will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and assistance where required.

 

Job description

  • Assist in organizing, repairing, troubleshooting, maintaining the key components returned from the market
  • Accurately document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal. 
  • Support development and implementation of new hardware projects such as installation, testing, and monitoring

Knowledge & Experience  

  • Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.  
  • Soldering experience is required
  • Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.   
  • Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills.  
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.  
  • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.  
  • Understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.  
  • Self motivated and directed.  
  • Keen attention to detail.  
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $85,000. Veo benefit, bonus and stock programs may be subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program. The listed range is a good faith estimate, and exact compensation and total package may vary depending on market conditions and performance.
