Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Statistician (R5-R6) to develop protocol designs, clinical plans, and data analysis plans in collaboration with physicians, clinical research scientists, and medical colleagues. Establish a reporting database, determine appropriate statistical analysis procedures, and analyze data for clinical studies. Select statistical methods for data analysis, author corresponding sections of data analysis plans, and conduct analyses after reporting database creation. Collaborate with data sciences in the planning and implementation of data quality assurance plans. Communicate study results visa regulatory submissions, manuscripts, or oral presentations. #LI-DNI 

 

Position requires a PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field and 2 years of academic or employment experience with statistical analysis and programming in SAS, R, and Python. Academic or employment experience must include a minimum of: 2 years of experience analyzing clinical trial data and establishing datasets; 2 years of experience writing and executing SAS macros and R packages; 2 years of experience providing input to statistical analysis plans and selecting statistical methods for data analysis; and 2 years of experience implementing data quality assurance plans. Part time telecommuting may be permitted. #LI-DNI

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

$84,240

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
