Ibotta is seeking a Senior Director, Talent Management to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of talent management programs that align with the organization's goals and foster continuous employee growth and performance. The Senior Director, Talent Management will play a crucial role in cultivating a high-performance culture and ensuring that our employees and teams have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, enhance organizational effectiveness, and drive cultural transformation including workforce planning, performance management, career development, and succession planning

  • Work closely with senior leadership to diagnose organizational challenges, develop solutions, and facilitate initiatives that support growth and performance

  • Collaborate with the HR leadership team and the Legal team to develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with business needs

  • Create and manage talent management metrics and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and initiatives

  • Lead the design and implementation of leadership development programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of leaders and their teams across the organization

  • Manage and mentor the HRBP and Learning teams, promoting professional development and best practices in HR business partnering and Learning and Development.

  • Partner with training teams across the org to conduct regular needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements

  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align learning and talent management initiatives accordingly

What we are looking for:

  • 7 years of experience as an HR or Learning and Development leader

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) required

  • Proven experience designing and implementing successful talent management programs.

  • Established leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into effective learning solutions.

  • Familiarity with various learning methodologies and technologies.

Additional Details:

  • This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.

  • Base compensation range: $175,000 - $210,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary.
