ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Execute the implementation of long and short-term strategic and operational plans supporting and aligning with the organization’s priorities and business needs.

  • Provides inspired leadership and fosters a cohesive robust team culture that gets results through commitment, collaboration, continuous improvement, and standards across our business applications.

  • Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

  • Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams gain support, understands issues and collaborate on mitigation plans with short-term and long-term solutions.

  • Lead a Salesforce CoE and drive daily operational and tactical needs as well as ongoing projects using Salesforce platform (Sales/Service/CPQ/Sales Planning/Maps/Spiff), partner community, data analysis, analytics and good understanding of data integration between Salesforce and SAP.

  • Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams gain support. Manages strategic and tactical applications needs and requirements aligned to business needs.

  • Support conflict management and issue resolution. Identify, track, and help resolve cross-portfolio dependencies and conflicts.

  • Independently develop clear and well-defined plans, driving strategy into actions and results. Identifies bottlenecks or delays in initiatives, defines solutions and drives efforts to ensure deliverables stay on schedule.

  • Drive the translation of business needs into technical requirements, functional specifications, architectures, and implementation of concepts. Champion a continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Participate in development of long-term vision and planning of new services/capabilities and communicate to the team

  • Ensure adherence to best practices, and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience OR Master’s/Doctoral degree with 10+ years of experience and 5+ years managing people.

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting Salesforce Platform, Data analysis and application integrations.

  • 5+ experience in leading Salesforce CoE, supporting Sales and Sales Operations business teams.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201 and ADM211).

  • Strong functional and technical experience (must), while driving end-to-end process design and integration. Excellent problem solving, diagnose system deficiencies, root cause analysis skills.

  • Demonstrated organizational skills enabling real time prioritization with a strong ability for holding the team accountable to results

  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, self-motivated and ability to influence others to achieve successful outcomes with a high degree of adaptability, flexibility, creative decision-making, and technical problem-solving abilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and manage technical projects, including identification of project scope, requirements, deliverables, and coordination of project design and implementation activities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a multicultural, multinational environment with ability to handle multiple projects with organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to effectively assess team capabilities to develop and build upon their strengths and development gaps. Ability to motivate, effectively delegate and coach team to create a positive and dynamic working atmosphere.

  • Ability to think strategically, deal with ambiguity, synthesize complex data and develop innovative solutions with an end-to-end mindset and identify, track, and help resolve cross-portfolio dependencies and conflicts.

  • Strong experience in project management and agile development methodologies with PMP and/or CSM certification.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Salesforce and SAP Integration Experience.

  • Certified Salesforce CPQ Admin CPQ 201 or CPQ 211.

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Sales planning, Spiff and Maps.
