The Principal Program Manager for Final Mile Strategic Initiatives will play both a strategic and tactical role in the planning of future project-based initiatives in Final Mile. This role will work cross-functionally with the Final Mile and Digital Technology (DT) colleagues to implement a new Final Mile digital strategy through improved Final Mile technology tools and platforms. The new digital strategy is a key priority for the broader Logistics organization.This role will face dynamic challenges and requires someone who is easily adaptable to changing business needs and requirements.

Responsibilities:
Serve as Business Process Owner (BPO) and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for GE Appliances’ Final Mile platform and tools.
Responsible for planning, procurement, and execution of the Final Mile Digital Strategy. Serve as Point of Contact for any issues or discrepancies arising from development, implementation & production system support.
Drive comprehensive standardized programs which includes creating functional business specifications, testing, and developing/writing training for digital projects.
Use feedback from functional team, field team and Delivery Network to drive Digital Solutions and future project decks.
Work directly with DT resources as assigned to deliver on new systems. Serve as main contact for DT resources to supply final business decisions.
Communicate program details/progress through emails and presentations to functional team as well as broader business leadership.
Participate in System Integration testing and User Acceptance Testing using Agile project methodology.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate production releases. Responsible for Go/No Go decisions on production releases.
Partner with delivery agents and other end users to determine impact, validate feasibility, and identify pilot users.
Research new technologies/devices applicable for the Final Mile Network. Responsible for support and enhancement of customer facing delivery status tracker.
Participate in weekly meetings with Customer Experience/Final Mile initiative teams.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Position Requirements:
Demonstrated high energy, self-starter and strategic thinker
Demonstrated program/project management skills with strong technical background
Ability to be decisive and clearly communicate business requirements and lead change
Demonstrated ownership and accountability in managing timelines and working cross-functionally
Proven digital dexterity, including proficiency and experience working with cutting edge mobile technology
Ability to root cause and solve complex system problems
Proven ability to persuade and influence business and IT partners at all levels
Ability to facilitate meeting while gathering requirements and collaborating with stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required in Business, IT, or other related field
Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant work experience
Strong project/program management experience with proven track record of success
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous business experience with Salesforce, specifically Field Service Module (web, mobile, and experience cloud)
Experience in Final Mile Logistics and understanding of final mile delivery platforms and tools
Previous experience with Oracle systems
Proven project management and technical leadership skills
Proven leadership ability to handle and prioritize multiple/competing priorities
Previous experience utilizing Agile project methodology
Working Conditions:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment; located at Appliance Park
Work may require weekend and/or evening work
Up to 20% travel required to domestic Delivery Agents
