2.970 people are currently working at the Campus Kundl / Schaftenau and will start using the new ERP system SAP S4/HANA as of mid of 2026. As Organizational Change Manager, you will be working with a network of global and local experts to ensure a successful deployment and a smooth transition to operations.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from project initiation to transition to operations.

• Work with a network of global and local Lean Digital Core experts to ensure a successful deployment and a smooth transition to operations.

• Setup and run all project related meetings and maintain the record of actions, decisions, issues, risks and act the primary point of contact for all project related escalations.
• Drive change in complex environment linking stakeholders among different locations and functions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and deliver processes for IT projects.

Essential Requirements:

• University degree in Science or Supply Chain/Economics/Finance.

• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain.

• Competence in finding solutions to complex topics and stepping into new fields.
• Excellent communication and ability to drive change in complex environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams paired with excellent Project Management skills.
• High learning agility, proactive mindset paired with hands-on and execution attitude with the ability to drive change and make things happen.
• Fluency in English and German.

In addition to a market-competitive base salary, we offer an attractive incentive program, a modern company pension scheme, childcare facilities, learning and development opportunities as well as worldwide career possibilities within the Novartis group. In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 77,543.90/year (on a full-time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies

We are open for part-time and job-sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
