Summary of Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled GTS E4H Consultant with a proven track record of successful implementations in the SCM (Supply Chain Management) & OTC (Order-to-Cash) in Semiconductor industries or Hi-Tech industries.
As a solution lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, configuration, deployment, continuous support and optimization of SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) solution.
Essential Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., business users, IT teams, stakeholders and SI`s) to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement GTS functionality as per the Industry Best Practice.
Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) to ensure the successful delivery of SAP GTS solutions.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Train end users and assist them in understanding and utilizing GTS functionality effectively.
Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, including customs, export controls, and sanctions in the context of the semiconductor industry.
Leading scoping, designing, prototyping, and implementing of globally scalable SAP solutions
Recommending best-in-class solutions, and leading design, build, test efforts, and deployment in the areas of both Inbound , Outbound logistics and in integration with third parties and authorities.
Responsible for design, writing of configuration rationale, functional specifications for cost effective solutions and guide the development of those solutions with the development team
Design and create test scripts for all processes in scope, leading the team through all testing cycles.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
This role requires extensive experience working through at least 4-5 implementation cycles, combined with a deep understanding of trade compliance, global logistics, and the semiconductor industry.
Ideal individuals for this role will be passionate about leading people, creating simple standard global business processes, enabling technology to solve business problems, working in an environment experiencing fast-paced global environment.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ability to engage and work in a global team across multiple time zones.
Flexible to work across global time zones with onshore and offshore internal and partner teams.
Implementation experience in the Hi-Tech / Semiconductor Inventory would be an advantage.
SAP Consulting expertise with a top tier organization is preferrable.
Location – Austin.
Expected Salary Range
$92,500.00 - $200,000.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
