Symplicity is seeking an Implementation Manager & Solutions Engineer to join the BR team and keep developing our business in Brazil.

This professional will be responsible for providing outstanding service and support the clients to positively promote the vision, mission, and brand of Symplicity. The performance includes since onboarding clients by teaching Symplicity's software,  providing advice regarding the best way to set up their school-specific requirements within the system, collecting all necessary data and information to prepare schools for a successful system launch and speaking with prospective members to educate them about their system. And additionally, pre-sales solutions and collect technical aspects during the sales engagement,in order to help clients define specifications and requirements, develop solutions, and provide technical presentations to both technical and management-level audiences.
