The Transformation Office at LS&Co. drives enterprise-wide transformation that improve profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. The team works with business leaders to implement strategic plans, ensuring a data-driven and financially rigorous approach to transformation.
Reporting to the Manager, Transformation Strategy, you will help analyze challenges, produce insights, and support execution of critical transformation endeavors.
About the Job
Support Transformation
- Summarize business insights from financial data, performance metrics, and industry trends to identify opportunities for margin expansion, cost efficiencies, and sustainable growth.
Strengthen Structural Economics
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate the impact of strategic plans on profitability and cost structure.
- Embed structural economic principles into business decisions, with a focus on cost optimization and contribution margin improvement.
Promote Operational Excellence
- Develop KPI tracking that measures transformation progress and financial impact.
- Prepare dashboards and reports that provide visibility into initiative performance and financial outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of governance models and execution frameworks.
Support Decision-Making
- Work with Finance to ensure understanding across cost management and financial discipline efforts.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support priorities and executive decision-making.
About You
- 3+ years of experience, in corporate strategy, transformation, consulting, finance, or business analytics within a retail or consumer environment.
- Financial modeling and data analytics, to assess challenges and develop insights.
- Analyze large datasets, interpret trends, and provide recommendations through data visualization tools.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $78,800 - $120,900 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
