As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while working as an integral member of our interdisciplinary team. In partnership with Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, providers, therapy, social services, dietary, and facility leadership, you will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, communicate changes to the appropriate clinical staff, and ensure accurate documentation. Your attention to detail and commitment to resident-centered care help create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every resident.
The LPN plays a key role in the daily operations of the nursing department by collaborating with nursing assistants, responding to resident needs, assisting with admissions and discharges, carrying out physician orders, and helping coordinate care across departments. You will support quality improvement initiatives, infection prevention practices, and regulatory compliance while contributing to a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and compassion.
We are looking for an LPN who enjoys building relationships, values collaboration, and takes pride in delivering exceptional care. Whether you are an experienced long-term care nurse or just beginning your nursing career, you will find a supportive team committed to helping you grow while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day.
We believe in taking care of the people who care for our residents. Eligible employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and work-life balance, including:
