You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and help shape the talent acquisition strategy.

**This is a Part Time Role**

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various platforms including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate compatibility.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment advertisements.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements

• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
