Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support in German through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
• Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer concerns
• Educate clients on our products and services to enhance their experience
• Collect customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Client-focused approach with a dedication to providing exceptional service
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software is a plus
