As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibility will be to review and moderate user-generated content, ensuring it aligns with community guidelines and fosters a positive user experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess user-generated content for compliance with community standards.
• Identify inappropriate content and take appropriate actions to address violations.
• Document moderation actions and contribute to analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and improve moderation procedures.
• Stay updated with industry trends and content moderation policies.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in content moderation is an advantage, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on user satisfaction.
• Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment and embrace changing guidelines.
• Open to relocating to Malta and being part of a supportive team.
