Next Job Abroad is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual for the role of Danish Speaking Bank Customer Service Representative in the beautiful Maltese islands! This position is ideal for candidates who possess a strong sales background and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing inquiries about banking products and services in both Danish and English.
• Utilize sales experience to assess customer needs and recommend tailored financial solutions.
• Assist clients with account openings, transactions, and all banking-related questions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints swiftly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Accurately log customer interactions and transactions in our database.
• Stay updated on banking products and regulatory requirements to offer informed assistance.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Danish and a solid understanding of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a sales-oriented role, preferably in banking.
• Demonstrated success in sales with a proven ability to meet targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with banking software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to the stunning island of Malta and embrace new experiences!
