About the Role 📝 

As a Front Office Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the patient's experience from the moment they walk through the door. As the first point of contact for our patients, your friendly attitude and professionalism will be essential in creating positive experience for children and their families. The Front Office Lead is an expert in administrative support and understands management of multiple doctors' schedules.

Responsibilities 🗂 

• 📅Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date appointment calendar, ensuring that all doctor schedules are booked accurately and completely. 

• 😊Welcoming patients and assisting with check-in, creating a positive first impression.  

• ☎️Efficiently answer incoming calls on multiple phone lines, ensuring that each patient receives prompt and courteous service.  

• 🔒Accurate patient data entry, ensuring that all patient data is entered in compliance with privacy laws (HIPAA) and maintains the highest level of confidentiality.  

What We're Looking For 🔍 

Qualifications: 

• 😊Positive, friendly attitude with a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care. 

• 🦷Previous experience in a dental office or receptionist role is required 🦷 

• ✅Successful completion of the initial online assessment provided during the application process.  

• 📆Willingness to work 2 Saturdays a month.  

Skills: 

• ⚡Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.  

• 🧾High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy in documentation and patient records.  

• 💻Basic office and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft office and typing 

• 🤝Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with both administrative and clinical teams to ensure efficient office operations and high quality patient care.
