Job Summary:
G.Z.Q.S.O. is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Line Workers to join our production team. As an Assembly Line Worker, you will be responsible for assembling automotive parts, maintaining production flow, and ensuring quality standards are met on the assembly line. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned assembly tasks accurately and efficiently on the production line.
- Inspect parts and assembled components for quality and report defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow and meet daily production targets.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
- Assist with packaging and labeling finished products as needed.
- Participate in training and development activities as required.
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly work is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
