About The Role

A Technical Program Manager is needed to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that will shape the future of the platform. In this position, the individual will coordinate strategic projects and drive innovative enhancements, improving the experience for customers.

Responsibilities

- **Lead Strategic Initiatives:** Oversee essential projects, including the modernization of the front-end architecture and the implementation of a scalable design system.

- **Foster Collaboration:** Partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams to align goals and ensure smooth execution of tasks.

- **Drive Innovation:** Employ Agile methodologies to deliver iterative improvements and prioritize value creation.

- **Manage Complexity:** Identify and mitigate risks, coordinate dependencies, and optimize resources to ensure timely delivery of projects.

- **Communicate with Impact:** Present project status, challenges, and accomplishments to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, creating and presenting visual project plans, as well as detailed and executive-level reports.

- **Elevate User Experience:** Collaborate with teams to design intuitive, visually appealing user experiences that exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

- **Proven Track Record:** 5+ years of experience leading complex technical programs in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

- **Technical Acumen:** Familiarity with modern front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React) and design systems.

- **Agile Expertise:** Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

- **Strategic Thinking:** Ability to visualize the big picture, anticipate challenges, and develop innovative solutions.

- **Communication Skills:** Capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

- **Interpersonal Skills:** Proven ability to build relationships, encourage collaboration, and influence stakeholders at various levels.

- **Education:** A bachelor's degree in computer science, business, healthcare administration, or a related field is required.

- **PMP Certification (Desirable):** PMP certification is a plus.

- **Experience in Health IT and Behavioral Health:** Preferred experience with EHR systems and relevant healthcare technologies, along with an understanding of the specific needs and regulations within the behavioral health sector.
