We are looking for a talented Trainee – Regional Communications Coordinator to join our passionate Global Brand & Communications team. In this role, you will support initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and ensure impactful regional communications across Europe.

IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As Trainee - Regional Communications Coordinator at Envalior, you will support the Regional Communications Manager in the planning and execution of online and offline communication activities, ensuring that regional brand awareness and communication goals are effectively achieved. You will actively translate global messages into regionally relevant content and coordinate communication projects, ensuring consistent and targeted implementation across markets. Additionally, you'll embrace a pioneering spirit, exploring new digital communication methods and tools to contribute to our values and mission.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

• Supporting the implementation and execution of the European communications plan

• Initiating and coordinating digital marketing and communications campaigns

• Supporting regional trade fairs, customer events, and internal engagement activities

• Organizing and managing regional exhibit materials, including global shipment, tracking, and inventory

• Building and maintaining relationships with regional media and trade press

• Coordinating with external suppliers and partners to ensure high-quality and timely execution

Requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Strong organizational and coordination skills, ideally with experience in project or event management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
• Experience in marketing, communications, or administration, preferably in an international environment
• Completed commercial or communication-related education or degree
• Experience with digital marketing and communication tools
• Fluent in German and English
