About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to help maintain the appearance, quality, and value of a residential community. This role focuses primarily on interior and exterior painting, with occasional support for general maintenance tasks. What You’ll Do
What You Need to Succeed
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous painting experience through formal training, apprenticeship, or hands-on work
· Strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and drywall repair
· Excellent attention to detail, especially with finishes and color matching
· Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
· Experience in apartment, condominium/HOA, or hotel environments preferred
· English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus
