THE POSITION
- Lead assigned ticketing projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and at the highest quality.
- Support the Team Lead in strategic project management and development of ticketing project plans, including time-critical milestones.
- Manage communication flows and reporting for Directors, Management, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, operations, marketing, finance, sales, and client teams to align project goals.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of ticketing policies and supporting documentation.
- Oversee budget management for ticketing projects across tournaments and events.
- Coordinate procurement processes in compliance with FIFA guidelines.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and project updates for internal and external meetings.
- Support competition delivery through RAID logs and other project management tools.
- Ensure ticketing-related needs for all FIFA stakeholders and clients are understood and addressed.

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing, event management, or client/agency account servicing.
- Strong project management skills with proven experience in event operations.
- Background in travel logistics management (experience with travel agencies preferred).
- Knowledge of commercial business and marketing objectives; prior experience with global sports events, ideally FIFA, is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work in multinational teams.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking under pressure.
- Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with confident decision-making abilities.
- Fluent in English (French, Spanish, German, or other languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
