Required

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology.
• One (1) year of experience in attendance intervention services or related field.
  • Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience.
• Possession of an appropriate, valid motor vehicle operator's license with a good driving record.
• Knowledge of family system theory, practice and procedures.
• Knowledge of community resources.
• Diagnostic skills, analytic ability, and adaptability to changing needs.
• Proficiency in the use of technology and data compilation, analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to gain the confidence and cooperation of students, teachers, and families.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with other professionals within the school and the community.
• Ability to write comprehensive reports.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Preferred
