💼 What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional general dentistry in a collaborative, team-based setting
• Diagnose and treat patients with compassion, integrity, and clinical excellence
• Support and uphold our core values in every patient and team interaction
• Partner with our front and hygiene teams to create seamless experiences for patients
• Help shape the future of the practice through leadership, feedback, and innovation

📈 Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $120,000–$150,000/year + monthly production bonus
• Guaranteed daily minimum

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

• DDS or DMD from a U.S.-accredited dental school
• Active Wisconsin dental license
