Sponsorisé par BlinkistWe are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects - a MEV Powered Staking platform. They are seeking an experienced MEV Developer to design, develop, and optimize backend systems for MEV infrastructure and trading solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend systems for MEV-related infrastructure, including transaction ordering, bundle processing, and block-building pipelines.
- Develop and optimize MEV searchers, trading strategies, or block-building algorithms to maximize on-chain value extraction.
- Collaborate with blockchain engineers to integrate MEV solutions with existing protocols and layer-1/layer-2 networks.
- Monitor and analyze on-chain data to identify new MEV opportunities and improve system performance.
- Ensure high reliability, low latency, and security of MEV infrastructure components.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of backend development experience at MEV infrastructure companies (e.g., Jito, Flashbots, Bloxroute) or MEV trading/searching/block-building firms.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Rust, Go, Python, or C++ for low-latency, high-performance systems.
- Deep understanding of blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Solana) and MEV mechanisms (e.g., transaction ordering, arbitrage, liquidations).
- Experience with distributed systems, consensus algorithms, and mempool management.
- Familiarity with smart contract development (Solidity) and on-chain data analysis.
- Strong grasp of MEV strategies, including front-running, back-running, and sandwich attacks, as well as block-building techniques.
- Ability to optimize complex systems for performance and cost-efficiency in dynamic blockchain environments.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
