Job Responsibilities

  • Run in-home sales appointments.
  • Build rapport and earn customer trust.
  • Perform load calculations, system assessments, and comfort surveys.
  • Present solutions using a proven process.
  • Explain financing options clearly.
  • Follow up professionally and proactively .
  • Document visits and outcomes with accuracy.
  • Build self-generated lead pipeline.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented, competitive mindset.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Pass a drug test.
  • Reside within 45 minutes of our office.
  • Preferred (not required): 1+ years of in-home sales experience (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, solar, etc.)
  • Preferred (not required): Experience with HVAC.
  • Preferred (not required): Experience with ServiceTitan or a similar CRM.
