Position: Part-Time In-Home or Center Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/Behavior Technician (BT)
Locations: Long Island – Nassau & Suffolk County
Compensation: $23–$30/hour (based on education, experience, and certifications)

As an RBT or BT at Dragonfly Cares, you will:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children following individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
Collect and record behavioral data to track progress and guide treatment decisions.
Build strong, positive relationships with clients and families.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation that meets clinical and insurance standards.
Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to strengthen your clinical skills.
Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field (required)
RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification
Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental delays (preferred)
Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others
Reliable transportation to client locations across Nassau and Suffolk counties
