Job Summary: You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MIL/OA) in the Installation Personnel Administration Center (IPAC) of MARINE CORPS RECRUIT DEPOT.
Major Duties:
Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing procedural and clerical work to support military personnel programs, operations, and functions (e.g., training, separation, etc.). This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

Set aside at least 3 hours to take the USA Hire assessments; however, most applicants complete the assessments in less time. If you need to stop the assessments and continue later, you can re-use your unique assessment link. 8. Your responses to the USA Hire Assessments will be reused for one year (in most cases) from the date you complete an assessment. If future applications you submit require completion of the same assessments, your responses will be automatically reused.
