Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

MUST Have - Japanese Language (Atleast N3 Level)

• Requirement Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, user needs, and system requirements in the banking domain.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
• Documentation and Communication:
  • Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, and use cases.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
• Collaboration with Development Teams:
  • Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with Backend Developers, Frontend Developers, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Participate in the testing process by validating that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback to development teams.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the banking domain.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on the banking domain.
• Strong understanding of the entire software development life cycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Backend as a Service (BaaS) concepts.
• Knowledge of Elixir and experience with headless CMS options.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, etc.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts in the context of the banking industry.
