The Mental Health Association of Columbia-Greene Counties Inc. is looking to fill a full time Senior Counselor for the Residential Division.
As the requirements for each program are related to the level of need and assistance that participants require, staff will learn program regulations and provide services accordingly. The goal of the program is to assist individuals in reaching the highest level of independence in the community that is possible for each person. The senior counselor will play a crucial role in case management and uphold the highest standards in implementing service plans for each individual resident. In addition, the senior counselor will act as supervisor for the other residential counselors.
Position Type: Full Time-40 Hours/Non-Exempt
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Work Location: 713 Union St., Hudson, NY 12534
Shift Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm with some evenings based on program needs
