The service that we offer customers includes ensuring that our product displays are safe and easy to shop. Yard Associates assist customers with picking and loading their products. To offer these services, we need associates who enjoy manual handling and physical work.  

Responsibilities

  • Supervise yard operations by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring safety standards are followed.
  • Train and develop team members, providing guidance on procedures, equipment use, and customer service.
  • Receive and inspect deliveries, verifying documentation and checking for damages or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using the computerized system, including product write-offs and updates.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries, completing sales, and coordinating deliveries.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth product put-away and inventory flow.
  • Ensure yard and store presentation is clean, organized, and stocked through regular replenishment and merchandising.
  • Promote and enforce safety protocols, conducting regular checks and ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Stay informed on new products and participate in training to support product knowledge and operational efficiency.
