Are you a compliance champion with a passion for quality education? Communicare is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality and Compliance Coordinator RTO to support our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and ensure service excellence across our vocational programs. The role will be offered on a permanent full-time capacity, based at our Cannington office.
The Role
As the Quality and Compliance Coordinator RTO, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring Communicare’s Registered Training Organisation (RTO) meets all compliance and quality assurance standards. Reporting to the RTO Manager, you’ll support continuous improvement initiatives, maintain accurate documentation, and provide guidance across designated programs and services.
Key Responsibilities include:
Administering compliance, audits, and quality assurance activities in line with TAC and the Standards for RTOs
Managing student enrolments, reporting processes, and maintaining accurate records and systems
Updating policies, procedures, and resources to meet legislative, contractual, and RTO standards
Providing expert advice and support to internal stakeholders and acting as a key contact for external enquiries.
About You
You’re a compliance-savvy professional with a solid understanding of the vocational education and training (VET) sector. You hold a Training and Assessment qualification alongside:
Demonstrated experience in RTO compliance and quality assurance, with knowledge of the Standards for RTOs
Proven ability to align and maintain policies and procedures to meet regulatory and contractual obligations
Hands-on experience with Student Management Systems and Learning Management Systems
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage confidently across diverse stakeholders
Advanced administrative and computer skills, with exceptional attention to detail and organisational capability
A collaborative mindset and the ability to support validation activities, continuous improvement, industry engagement, and resource updates
