About your new role…
This is a rare gem of a role for a passionate Learning & Development professional to partner with our teams on site in Northmead and support the site to deliver technical and functional capability which ensures our valued frontline teams can make, move, sell and service our quality products safely and sustainably.
You will partner with and support our team leaders and site management in the development of operational performance improvement training plans and activities to meet the changing needs of the business, through conducting learning needs and skills assessments to ensure robust plans are in place.
If you enjoy leading technical training deliverables, managing the process and governance, and supporting the frontline then this is the role for you!
