Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned company that truly understands the needs of home healthcare professionals.
We are expanding our team and hiring Part-Time Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) with 1 year of clinical experience in the Northborough residential area of Massachusetts, driven by continued growth and rising patient demand.

Saturday Responsibilities:
Saturday is a required working day each week and will be used primarily for:
- High-priority patients
- Make-up Missed Visits for patients who missed scheduled weekday appointments
- This day may include a variable schedule, based on patient needs and clinical urgency.
Your Role as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA):
- Deliver in-home physical therapy treatments under the direction of a supervising PT
- Track and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques to support recovery
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation for all care provided

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Massachusetts
- At least 1 year of clinical experience
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with EMR systems
- Home healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
