The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Farm & Garden Assistant to support our Head Gardener and team. This is a true entry-level position — no prior gardening skills are needed. What matters most is your desire to work outdoors, contribute to the team, and learn. You’ll take on the essential tasks that keep our property thriving, from planting and watering to weeding, mulching, and harvesting.

This is also an excellent way to explore a career in gardening or horticulture. Team members who bring curiosity and initiative will find opportunities to grow their knowledge, and you’ll have the chance to participate in farm workshops, dried flower projects, and other hands-on learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily garden care: planting, watering, weeding, mulching, and harvesting
  
  
• Help maintain vegetable, herb, and flower gardens, as well as walking paths and grounds
  
  
• Support seasonal projects and garden upkeep alongside the Head Gardener
  
  
• Keep tools and supplies organized and in good working condition
