Certified Maintenance Technician

Perform routine and complex maintenance across our campus, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Diagnose issues and implement solutions with minimal supervision.
Complete preventative maintenance and assist with scheduled renovation or upgrade projects.
Collaborate with fellow team members and outside contractors.
Interact professionally and courteously with residents and staff.
3–5 years of commercial HVAC experience (certification required; additional certifications a plus).
Hands-on expertise in electrical, mechanical, and general building systems.
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and in various physical environments (wet areas, confined spaces, etc.).
