Description

Before you enjoy your Labor Day Party, Check out Mercy Home for Children, a non profit agency providing comprehensive services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities is hosting a virtual hiring event for the following key positions on Monday, September 1st, @ 11:00am sharp: 

  •  QA Specialist-located in Brooklyn location (free parking)
  •  QA Investigator-located in Brooklyn location (free parking)
  • Training Coordinator-requires SCIP-R & CPR certifications. Defensive Driver cert. is preferred. Up to $70K
  • Residential Manager-position located in Rosedale Queens up to $68K 
  • Assistant Residential Manager-located in Brooklyn. Salary range $23-$28 per hour
  • Assistant Coordinator-Part-time 20 hours per week, located in Brooklyn. Salary range $25-$28 per hour
  • Behavior Intervention Specialist-MA Degree required in human services field. Salary up to $60K
  • Development Coordinator - nonprofit experience required 
  • Direct Support Professionals - HSD/GED will provide training. Hourly rate $16.50 per hour with 1199 Union Benefits

We are looking for experience in the developmentally disabled population in an OPWDD program for the professional level positions.  Previous managerial experience preferred for the Residential Manager position.  Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal; computer proficiency (we use Therap). Valid and Unrestricted NYS Driver’s license is required.
