A Day in the Life:

The typical day is… atypical. You might be:

• Analyzing and documenting creative asset workflows to uncover bottlenecks and drive efficiency
• Leading ideation, requirement gathering, and the launch of digital products that support asset delivery and cross-team collaboration
  • Facilitating sprint planning through the delivery cycles
  • Writing epics & user stories, concise and detailed business cases, detailed feature specifications, and thorough acceptance criteria
  • Conducting UAT and working closely with development teams to address feedback and bugs
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners such as Site Experience, Creative, Marketing, and Technology teams to gather, review, and prioritize requirements
• Partnering with delivery teams to manage the discovery, build, and launch phases of the digital development lifecycle
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adoption of process improvements, provide training and documentation as needed
• Modernizing existing systems with AI tools as relevant and staying current on industry trends and best-in-class merchandising operations, bringing new ideas to the team

To Land This Role:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience required; eCommerce experience preferred
• Comfortable with agile methodologies, process mapping, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Airtable; AEM/Bynder experience is a plus
• Exceptional multi-tasking and project management skills to work cross-functionally, and manage deadlines for multiple deliverables, with a bias towards MVP delivery
• Excellent communication skills—able to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
• Analytical and proactive, with a knack for breaking down complex problems and navigating ambiguity
• Experience collaborating with offshore development teams is a plus
