This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

   

HPE GreenLake/Hybrid Cloud Solutions is a key investment aera for HPE.

We are looking for a dynamic, team-oriented GreenLake Solution Architect who can understand the challenges at our customers, translate their requirements into Flex solutions and work hand in hand with Sales Specialists and other BUs to create the best fitting offer and eventually win the opportunities.

As Presales Solution Architect - GreenLake you:

  • Understand the complete HPE Hybrid Cloud portfolio and together with the GreenLake sales specialist, engage our customers in all segments in Germany.
  • Consult and execute support for sales (pricing, approvals, best practices) with the goal to win new customers for Hybrid Cloud Solutions offerings.
  • Enable Installed Base order growth by supporting Customer Success & Lifetime Value organization in CR fulfillment.
  • Act as trusted advisor and give guidance to Sales and Presales within and outside of Hybrid Solutions for CPQ selection (incl. IQ for HPE GreenLake).
  • Ensure full support for HS Big Bets in FY25: SAP, Power of three, Private Cloud Offerings
  • Collaborate with our primary interfaces like Sales, Digital Presales, Delivery, Enterprise Architects, SolOps, legal and others to pursue an opportunity, respond to tenders, develop strategies to counter competitive threats, and create the best fitting offer.
  • Understand HPE pricing strategy and depending processes to ensure HPE’s financial goals.

If you have these Skills, Expertise, Attitude and Education…

  • Technical Bachelor’s degree (Master's or advanced degree in technology preferred)
  • + 5 years of experience in IT with a customer-oriented expertise
  • Good or already excellent knowledge of HPE’S GreenLake solutions and processes and the ability to proactively suggest operational improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Good business and financial acumen, with an awareness of functional responsibilities of various customer business role
  • Innovative mindset to think beyond proscribed solutions
  • Knowledge of HPE solutions like Morpheus, OpsRamp, PCE, PCAI etc. is a plus
  • Taking pride in being knowledgeable on leading-edge and emerging technologies in the industry
  • Excellence in communicating and presenting – both in German (fluent) and English (good proficiency) language
