In this role, you'll:
You’ll provide high-level business support to enable smooth and efficient operations within the division.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, using your experience with Salesforce, including familiarity with both Classic and Lightning platforms, to manage and track business processes effectively.
With at least 12 months of Salesforce experience in a transport or government setting, you will handle a high volume of tasks such as customer correspondence, drafting briefing notes, and managing proactive administrative activities.
Your strong writing and negotiation skills will support clear and professional communication across products and customer feedback channels.
This role demands an action-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities daily, with experience handling significant workloads typical of senior administrative or business coordinator roles.

About you
You’re a proactive self-starter with proven experience in business coordination or senior administration roles.
You have a strong working knowledge of Salesforce platforms, including both Classic and Lightning, and are confident navigating these tools to support business operations.
Your communication skills are exceptional, whether drafting correspondence, briefing notes or negotiating outcomes, and you can manage a high volume of tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities with a customer-focused approach.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders is essential, along with eligibility to work in Australia. While formal qualifications are not mandatory, your relevant experience and demonstrated results will set you apart.
