The Role: CRM Manager


Are you a tech-savvy, people-minded professional who knows how to bring customer journeys to life through CRM tools?

We're on the hunt for a CRM Manager to take the reins of our HubSpot platform and help us unlock value & deliver growth projects. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, tech, sales and customer experience.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and optimise the CRM platform (HubSpot), aligning it with business priorities
  • Build and enhance customer journeys that increase retention and lifetime value
  • Partner with our marketing, sales & service teams globally to deliver targeted, meaningful projects, campaigns, and insights
  • Provide operational training, support and reporting for internal stakeholders
  • Bring a test-and-learn approach to everything you do – curiosity is key!
  • Collaborate, lead & coach our offshore Hubspot support role
  • Work across multiple time zones with flexibility

About You:


You’re someone who’s just as comfortable diving into system data as you are explaining CRM workflows to a non-technical colleague. You think like a customer, act like a marketer and communicate like a leader.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience with HubSpot or other similar CRM platforms
  • CRM management experience (ideally in a role focused on CX or marketing)
  • Sharp analytical skills and the ability to draw meaningful insights from data
  • A natural problem-solver mindset and proactive communication style
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, IT or similar (preferred but not essential)
